WELCOME to the online appointment booking system for
Engineering Undergraduate Programs
How to get started:
- Current UVic Students - start by clicking the 'orange' link below. If you are taken to a UVic sign on page, log in using your Netlink ID.
- Create your account using your UVic email address (all communication from this booking system will use that email account - please check it regularly!)
- Once registered, you will be taken to the scheduling page. In the white menu bar at the top of the page, click on the 'down arrow' beside Schedules and choose the appropriate Schedule:
- ENGR Declared MECH/CENG/CIVE/ELEC - (Alejandra: CENG, CIVE, ELEC and Belinda: MECH) for students who are declared in Computer, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Programs
- BME/SENG/Undc Q-Z/Prosp CSC/Data Sci - (Janette) for declared Biomedical and Software Engineering students, 1st year Undeclared Engineering students with last names starting with Q-Z, all Data Science students in the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, and all students seeking admission advice for Computer Science.
- ENGR Undc A-P/Admissions BEng BSEng - (LeAnne) for 1st year Undeclared Engineering students with last names starting with A-P or current UVIC students seeking admission advice for BEng and BSEng programs.
- If you are a current Computer Science student, please attend a drop-in appointment with your Computer Science Advisor:
- Year 1-3, drop-in M-F 11am-2pm ECS 515
- Year 4, 2nd degree and academic standing concerns, drop-in Mon 1-3 pm and Wed 9:30-11:30 ECS 512

You can book through the 'orange' link above to see the appropriate advisor as indicated above.
Prospective BEng/BSEng or CSC, but not yet a UVIC student?
If you do not have a UVIC Netlink ID, you can not book through this system. To book an appointment to see the appropriate advisor as indicated above, please email engr@uvic.ca
