WELCOME to the online appointment booking system for

Engineering Undergraduate Programs

How to get started:

  • Current UVic Students - start by signing in with your Netlink ID using the blue "Log In" button on the left of the page.
  • Create your account using your UVic email address (all communication from this booking system will use that email account - please check it regularly!)
  • Once registered, you will be taken to the scheduling page.  In the white menu bar at the top of the page, click on the 'down arrow' beside Schedules and choose the appropriate Schedule:
    • ENGR Declared CIVE/ELEC/CENG - (Alejandra) for students who are declared in Civil, Electrical or Computer Engineering Programs.
    • ENGR Declared MECH - (Belinda) for students who are declared in the Mechanical Engineering Program.
    • ENGR Declared BME/Undeclared H-Z - (Janette) for students who are declared in the Biomedical Engineering Program and for 1st year/Undeclared Engineering students with last names starting with letters H to Z. Engineering Undeclared students can also access academic advising by dropping in any time between 9:00 am and 4:15 pm Monday to Friday at the Engineering Office Wing room 206.
    • ENGR Undeclared A-G - (LeAnne) for 1st year/Undeclared Engineering students with last names starting with letters A to G. Engineering Undeclared students can also access academic advising by dropping in any time between 9:00 am and 4:15 pm Monday to Friday at the Engineering Office Wing room 206.
    • LaunchPad - (Somayeh) for students in the LaunchPad program. 
  • If you are a current Computer Science student or declared Software Engineering student, please attend a drop-in appointment with advising in the Computer Science Department.  For prospective CSC or DataScience inquiries, please contact the CSC department advisor at cscadvisor2@uvic.ca
    • Year 1-3, drop-in M-F 11am-2pm ECS 515
    • Year 4, 2nd degree and academic standing concerns, drop-in Mon 1-3 pm and Wed 9:30-11:30 ECS 512

Prospective Engineering or Computer Science, but not yet a UVIC student?

If you do not have a UVIC Netlink ID, you cannot book through this system. To book an appointment to see the appropriate advisor as indicated above, please email engr@uvic.ca.
